Shipping & Returns
Orders will always be shipped as soon as possible. If shipping will be delayed by more than two weeks, we will contact you about the situation as soon as we can.
For shipping outside of Canada or the United States, please contact us at email@example.com for a specific quote to ship to your location.
Additional shipping costs may apply. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. This may include VAT, Duty or other import taxes that are applied by the postal service in your home country (sometimes up to 25%). While we regret any delays that may be caused by Postal and Customs processing in other countries, we cannot be responsible for them. Please research your local rules before ordering.
Return & Exchange Policy
We will always do our best to provide the highest customer service. In the unlikely case that a piece is damaged during shipping, please send an email with a photo of the damaged piece within 24 hours of receiving the item, so we can fix the situation as soon as possible. Otherwise all sales are final.
